In order to claim tax exempt status (New York State) your state re-sale number must accompany all orders or it must be on-file prior to shipping. NO exceptions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards on-line.

We can accept Money Orders or Wire Transfer by calling us at (607) 336-2180. These orders will not be processed until the payment is received.

By ordering on-line you agree to pay any and all collection fees associated with collecting payment for items shipped. Including but not limited to; attorney’s, bank charges, collection agency fees, credit bureau fees or court costs involved in the collection of debts due us.
Freight
EAST FREE FREIGHT: FREE SHIPPING
on tab orders of 1MM (million) or more on a single order of the same tab. The tabs that qualify are located in the Mailers Marketplace category (East Free is all points "East of the Mississippi River" in the contiguous US)
- All other freight FOB our facilities and will be added to each order as indicated.
- Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt with the exception of any back ordered items. Customers will be notified of any backordered items and a tentative ship date as soon as practicable. We always attempt to ship the same day we receive your order(s) provided they are received before 2:00PM (EST).
Warranty
In the event supplies are suspected of being defective, they shall be replaced according to the guidelines listed below:

To activate an RA return, call our office (800) 644-2180 with the lot number, the supply description, quantity, the original PO number and a description of the problem. All items must be shipped to us freight prepaid.

The purchase must fall within 90 days from the original date shipped.

A Return Authorization (RA) pick up number will be issued. Replacements will be shipped after confirmation of defect via ground freight.

Whole case returns only, no single rolls or single cartridges.

Expedited shipping will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

In the event that the supplies are not found to be defective by the factory, we reserve the right to re-ship and recharge the purchaser for the costs involved with replacement including; the returned supplies plus any shipping and handling charges we incur.

Belts, rollers or any “rubber” type components carry no wear warranty.
